Getting the app
Shortlist is free on iPhone from the App Store and on Android from Google Play. If the App Store in your country does not list Shortlist, the iPhone app is not sold there yet.
How ranking works
You pick between two titles at a time. Each pick places a title higher or lower on your list, so after a few matchups you have a ranked list you never had to sort by hand.
Signing in
You can sign in with your phone number or an email address. On iPhone you can also use Apple or Google.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to your Profile, open Settings (the gear icon), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. It permanently removes your account, rankings, reviews and the rest of your data, and it cannot be undone. If you cannot get into the app, the account deletion page explains how to ask us to do it.
The Reel newsletter
Every issue of The Reel has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too. Either one takes you off the list.
Your data
The privacy policy explains what we collect and why. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information on the Do Not Sell or Share page, with no account needed.
Something wrong on the site
If a ranking, a date or a where-to-watch line is wrong, tell us which page it is on. We fix wrong facts.
